Do you or a family member need to have wisdom teeth removed?
Wisdom teeth are the last of the adult teeth to emerge, but they are often misaligned or they grow in underneath adjacent teeth, placing your jaw and existing teeth at risk. When we determine that your wisdom teeth are growing incorrectly, we will recommend that they be extracted.
Because they are beneath your gums, it’s necessary to extract your wisdom teeth through surgery. We make incisions in your gums above the teeth and extract them, then close the incisions with sutures. We offer sedation to help you manage anxiety and pain during the procedure.
After your appointment you can manage post-operative pain with painkillers and applying ice packs to your face near the surgical area.
